ATS Teat Sprayer – Rotary
Operation
The Automatic Teat Sprayer is an essential addition to any rotary platform. Installed at either the entrance or exit of the rotary, the unit automatically applies pre-spray or post-spray to the cows.
An integrated intelligent control system detects when a cow is present in the bail and determines whether she has completed milking (when retention bars are installed). The system then activates the sprayer at the optimal moment while the cow is on the platform.
Construction
Manufactured from stainless steel, the unit is designed to withstand the demanding conditions at the rotary exit. The flexible nylon nozzle assembly provides protection if contact is made with a cow’s leg. All materials are durable, corrosion-resistant, and designed for easy cleaning.
Quatro Pod – Rotary
The Quatro Pod Leg Divider features an integrated four-angle jet spray system, allowing teat spray to be applied after the cluster has been removed from the cow. The system can be configured for both pre-spray and post-spray applications, providing flexibility within rotary milking systems.

Constructed from a durable specialist plastic blend, Pearson Leg Divider units are designed for long-lasting performance in demanding milking environments. The unit is securely fixed to the deck using stainless steel fixing screws for strength and reliability.
