Construction
The system features a fully galvanised construction designed to withstand the everyday demands of dairy farming. Suitable for 2’4″, 2’3″, and 2’2″ cow stands, it is operated by compressed air rams for smooth and reliable movement. The rams are fitted with safety valves to ensure secure operation when the bailing system is in the up (cow exit) position.
Comfort
To encourage faster cow entry into the parlour, optional feed systems with stainless steel individual troughs can be installed. Steel dividers help prevent feed poaching and bullying, creating a calmer and more comfortable milking environment.
Durability
Once milking is complete, the bailing system lifts to allow cows to exit the parlour freely without obstruction. Nylon rollers are used throughout the system, selected for their durability, self-lubricating properties, and long service life.
