Construction & Design
The cabinet is manufactured entirely from heavy-gauge stainless steel and incorporates a stainless steel jetter door assembly. This construction ensures excellent durability in the demanding conditions of modern rotary parlours, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and cluster flushing systems.
Designed for large herd dairies, the Enduro Bail is engineered for industrial applications. Smooth stainless steel surfaces allow for easy cleaning while maintaining the highest hygiene standards in the parlour.
The bail dividers are formed from two heavy-gauge box sections, with the lower section housing a stainless steel manifold for milk and pulsation pipes. This design reduces the amount of rubberware required per unit, helping to significantly lower annual service costs.
Comfort
The Enduro Bail unit features curved stainless steel folds designed to improve cow comfort as animals enter and exit the unit. The low-profile bail allows cows to step easily onto the deck, encouraging faster entry and a calmer, more relaxed exit from the rotary. This design also allows cows to lift their heads over the bail while reversing out of the unit.
If feeding on the rotary, head dividers help prevent cows from poaching feed, while stall dividers reduce pushing and bullying between animals. The result is a comfortable and efficient environment for both cows and operators.
Technology
The Enduro Bail can be installed with a standard cluster remover and upgraded over time. It is also designed to integrate seamlessly with the Vision Global LED system.
With the Vision Global LED system installed, all electronics are located outside the bail cabinets, leaving the units free of electrical components. This reduces maintenance requirements and minimises the risk of downtime.
