Auto Lift Start
The milking unit is activated simply by lifting the cluster. This automatically starts the vacuum and pulsation system, preparing the unit for milking. The feature improves workflow in the parlour and helps the operator work faster and more efficiently.
Auto Swing Start
The unit is activated automatically when the swing-over arm is moved to the opposite side of the pit for the next cow. This movement starts the vacuum and prepares the pulsation system for milking, improving workflow speed and efficiency for the operator.
Forward Motion Start
Herringbone – Forward Motion control has been developed to give a clearer view of the cow’s udder and speed workflow through a Double Sided parlour. Once the cow has finished milking, the cluster is removed from the cow and is lowered close to the ground. This allows the operator to post-spray and view the cows clearly. The clusters are still in the down position while the cows have exited and a new row is ready to enter the parlour. This is to allow pre-work on the new cows with no clusters in the way of the operator. Once a cluster is started, the cluster in front of the operator will lift ready to start. This will continue until all clusters are applied to this row.
Rotary – Forward Motion control on the rotary parlour reduces operator movement during the milking process. When the cluster reaches the operator’s attachment position, it automatically releases and activates. This removes the need for the operator to press a button or manually lift the cluster, improving workflow efficiency.
